Woman, Infants and Children Nutritional Supplement Program (WIC)
The Oneida County WIC Program provides nutritional services to income eligible clients who are found to be at nutritional risk. Nutrition education, counseling, vouchers for special food packages and health care referrals serve as an adjunct to good health care for pregnant, breastfeeding, postpartum women, infants and children from birth to age five.
Early Intervention Program
The Oneida County Early Intervention Program (EIP) is part of the national Early Intervention Program for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families.

Health Clinic
The Oneida County Health Department's Diagnostic and Treatment Center provides health education and preventive services. The services provided include: Immunizations, Sexually Transmitted Disease and Refugee Assessment clinics, HIV and Aids Testing and Counseling, Tuberculosis Control, Communicable Diseases and Prevention
Health Education and Information
The focus of Health Education is to plan and organize educational efforts to influence public attitudes and behavior with regard to given health needs. The educational programs are geared towards community wellness, disease/injury prevention and fostering healthy behavior.
