Insight House is committed to the provision of an array of chemical dependency services designed to promote holistic wellness in those individuals, families and community entities affected by alcoholism and substance abuse.
|

| Admission Criteria | ||||||
|
Patients must meet the criteria as established in DSM-IV for an Axis I diagnosis of substance abuse or dependence.
|
||||||
| Treatment Services | ||||||
Insight House provides a continuum of treatment services which includes the following:
|

| Medicaid; Medicaid managed care; self pay (based on a sliding fee scale); most Insurance/HMO Corporations; Congregate care and self pay for residential services Credit Cards Accepted |

| Discharge Criteria | ||||||
|
Successful completion of goals and objectives as defined in the comprehensive plan of treatment.

| Monday & Friday: 8:30AM - 4:30PM Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8:30AM - 8:30PM
