This 41-bed program, offers assistance in Daily Living Skills.  There are sites in Utica and Rome.  Staff works with our residents, preparing them for independent living.  This is a 2-year program, the apartments are fully furnished.  Some apartments are single apartments,  a few are double occupancy.

• 18 years of age

• Axis I Diagnosis - Primary diagnosis of psychiatric illness

• Not primary diagnosis of Alcohol/Drug Abuse

• Are continent/ambulatory

• Medication compliant/self medicating

• Able to complete self preservation

• Inability to live independently in the community

• The potential to improve functional skills

Medication management, socialization, counseling, crisis management, behavior intervention, transportation, training in activities of daily living and case management planning.

$816.00/month 

Resident voluntarily withdraws from program.  Show the ability to live in less restrictive setting.  Continued refusal to follow program rules, medical problems, abuse what our can work with, stealing/selling apartment program property.
