|
This 41-bed program, offers assistance in Daily Living Skills. There are sites in Utica and Rome. Staff works with our residents, preparing them for independent living. This is a 2-year program, the apartments are fully furnished. Some apartments are single apartments, a few are double occupancy.

Medication management, socialization, counseling, crisis management, behavior intervention, transportation, training in activities of daily living and case management planning. |

| Discharge Criteria | ||||||
|
Resident voluntarily withdraws from program. Show the ability to live in less restrictive setting. Continued refusal to follow program rules, medical problems, abuse what our can work with, stealing/selling apartment program property.
