| The Neighborhood Center, Inc. is a not-for-profit agency providing a wide range of services to children, adults and families in Central New York. It has been serving the City of Utica and the surrounding community since 1905 and is presently structured in two distinct components: Behavioral Healthcare Services and Child and Family Services.

The Neighborhood Center accepts a variety of private insurances. Medicaid will arrange an income-sensitive sliding-fee scale for those in need. |
