| Program Description | ||||||
| The Central New York Labor Agency provides single-point entry into the system of health and human services, educational and recreational programs in the Oneida-Herkimer County area. We provide confidential information, referral and assessment services, which target the labor force of our two-county area. Video, audio, written resources and technical assistance are all available on a wide range of topics, which respond to the interests, and concerns of our Oneida and Herkimer county work sites, unions and labor force.
