| Program Description | ||||||
| The Community Recovery Center is a New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Service Certified and JCAHO accredited facility providing outpatient services.

| Admission Criteria | ||||||
| Primary diagnosis of alcohol and drug abuse or dependency or to anyone who feels they are being affected by someone’s use of substances.

| Fee | ||||||
| Depends on service provided. Sliding fee scale. Most major insurance plans are accepted to include Medicaid and Medicare.

| Completion of treatment plan goals.
