This program provides housekeeping, personal care, ancillary and case management services to clients ago 60 and over on a sliding fee scale.  Several of them are provided through EISEP as well as various Medicaid funded personal care services.

OFA-OCC CONTRACTS WITH EIGHT LICENSED HOME CARE SERVICE AGENCIES (LHCSA) FOR PERSONAL CARE SERVICES:  Family Home Care, Caregivers, US Care, Americare, St. Elizabeth Home Care, Presbyterian, Cathie Lee's Home Care, and Sibley's.

OFA-OCC CONTRACTS WITH THREE PERSONAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROVIDERS:  Lifeline Systems Company, Health Care Monitoring Systems, and Response Link.  OFA-OCC also directly provides personal emergency response systems through Emergency 911 cell phones.

OFA-OCC CONTRACTS WITH ONE CONSUMER MANAGED HOME CARE PROGRAM PROVIDER:  Resource Center for Independent Living.
