| WHEREAS, | In support of Oneida and Madison County landowners within the jurisdiction of the prevailing Indian Land Claim areas, representatives of each of the afore-referenced County's have agreed to form a "Land Claim Task Force" dedicated to the settlement negotiation process, and | |
| WHEREAS, | County Executive Ralph J. Eannace, Jr., is requesting Board authorization to create an eighteen month position of Liaison to the Land Claim Task Force, Grade 38M, Step 1, in the County Executive's office to support the Task Force endeavor and serve as an intermediary between the Task Force and Oneida County, now, therefore, be it hereby | |
| RESOLVED, | That the position of Liaison to the Land Claim Task Force, Grade 38M, Step1, ($41,803) is hereby created and established in Department #A1230, County Executive, effective immediately, for a period of eighteen months, and it is further | |
