| UTICA: Oneida County Executive Ralph J. Eannace, Jr. will be holding a news conference at the Arthur Leavitt Public Affairs Center, Kirner’Johnson Building, Hamilton College at noon on February 26th 1999. Part of his focus will be Oneida and Madison’s legal response to the amended complaint filed by the Oneida Indian Nation and the U.S. Department of Justice on December 8th, 1998. The amended complaint requests the addition of landowners as defendants, together with a claim for "possession" of, or "ejectment" from their homes and businesses. The formal filing of the legal response is, February 26th, 1999. | ||
