Oneida County Executive Ralph J. Eannace, Jr. received a visit from "Uncle Sam" on Halloween.  Jonathan Fiori, 5 year old son of Michael and Susan Fiori of New York Mills.  Uncle Sam didn't have any advice for the County Executive, but he was given some treats during his visit.
